Having a word of the year has change my life. Dramatic statement I know but I mean it. I mean not in the whole “if I didn’t have one, my life would have no meaning” type of way but in the “wow I now have a focus and feel centered and a roadmap” type of way.
A word of the year can help you say yes to what matters and ‘no’ to what doesn’t. A word of the year helps you create goals that matter. A word of the year can allow you to go deep into growth in one area and really grow your expertise.
Two years ago my word was “Nurture” and in 2020 my word was “Aligned”. Now going into 2021, my word is “Impact”
