Activities for Preschoolers
As a mom of a preschooler (I cannot believe I am saying that!!) I know the importance of having activities that we can do at home to support what she is learning as school.
These beginning years are so vital to helping your children grow a strong foundation and base in learning and I believe it is key to have additional activities that you do at home to reinforce basics skills, instill a love of learning, and help your preschooler have fun!

Activities to Do At Home with Your Preschooler
I keep a filing cabinet full of printable activities that I’ve come across on Pinterest, seen on another blog, or created myself.
I love to have easy activities that I can pull out when I need to cook dinner, they need something to do during quiet time or to wind down, or that I can put in a folder and bring with us when we are out at the house at the doctor or dinner.
Whether your child is in school or just preparing for it, this school-themed maze is a great way for young ones to work on their fine motor skills and this matching activity is a great one to help them start learning letters and words.

Activities Online for Kids
I came across education.com which is a great site to print out free activities or grab some things that they can use on the computer!
Because let’s be real, we know that our kids can sometimes use technology better than us so, why not let them use their fine motor skills and learn at the same time!
You can sign up for free access to games on their site! Our favs include the pizza counting party and sorting at the zoo! You can find more great games for preschoolers here!
