I can’t stand the phrase “we all have the same 24 hours in a day”. People say it in a motivational way but honestly – for busy moms – it just leads us into a comparison trap.
Don’t get me wrong, I understand the intention behind it and realistically, we all do have 24 hours in a day -it’s just not the same.
But what do we do with it? How can we structure it so that we’re intentional about everything on our plate without all the guilt?
