Have you ever started working on a goal, have a ton of momentum, and then BAM. You get stuck.
This happens ALL the time – so don’t worry if it happens to you. So often we feel guilty or like we’re failing if we get stuck or make slow progress. It’s not that at all.
You just need to adjust your expectations and plan.
When you’re making slow progress on a goal here are a few questions you can ask yourself:
-> Why do I feel like I’m making slow progress?
-> Will this slower progress push me completely off track?
-> Do I feel okay about my progress?
-> Am I still having wins, just maybe on a smaller level?
-> Are there ways to pivot this goal and action plan?
Let’s chat about ways you can keep momentum and change your mindset around slower progress!
