Today we are talking about the S.O.A.R. method and how it can help you achieve your goals. Let’s deep dive into this step-by-step process today and create an action plan for your dreams.
There are a few reasons why you may not be completing your goals as a busy mom. Perhaps you are a young mom with the littles and find that your time is non-existent.
Maybe you are an empty nester and have no idea what your goals are anymore and don’t even know where to start dreaming.
Maybe you are so busy with everything around you that you know you can make the goal plan but one tiny thing will upset the whole idea. Like you plan to get up an hour earlier to finally go for a run but one of the kids was up last night and then you slept in. Now, what do you do?!
Sometimes with all these curve balls that get tossed in your day you think that there is no way, you can ever truly achieve your goals, and why even bother?!
Well, today Cara is going to break down her method for setting goals that actually work for us, busy moms. And guess what!? It’s probably NOT what you’ve heard the goals setting – productivity gurus teach about — this one is for the mom … because you have a special type of goal setting needs.
Cara’s method for goal setting is called S.O.A.R. — which stand for:
S – Set a healthy mindset
O – Organize your goals
A – Action plan for success
R – Routines to keep going
The S.O.A.R. method helps you walk through creating a goal-setting plan that works for you. The entire S.O.A.R method is a course inside the A Purpose Driven Mom Club which you can receive a special invitation in this free workshop here.
