How Do I Gain Momentum When I've Taken a Few Days Off?

How to gain your momentum back! Have you ever gone on vacation and then you’re not sure how to get back on track? Or maybe someone gets sick and your goals get put on hold and then you feel stuff?

This happens all the time and, if you have a plan to get back on track then life’s little hiccups don’t have to derail everything.

If you struggle to get back on track, follow these steps:
➡️ Start Small <– what is one action you can do to move forward today
➡️ Create mini-habit stacks based on where you left off
➡️ Pick an incentive to make it fun again!

Using this process will help you ditch the Monday Mentality and stop quitting on your goals!
