What do you do when you just don’t feel motivated? What do you do when you’ve lost your momentum?
What do you do:
➡️ When you need a plan to simply get up and do it?
➡️ When you get really excited about something and freeze?
➡️ When you get so excited that you burn out?
➡️ When you feel so overwhelmed and have no idea where to start?
➡️ When you tell yourself when you start a new goal that you’ll “just” be motivated.
Have your goal … YES! But don’t forget to make a plan to accomplish your goal. Because that plan will help you break through your lack of motivation, bust through those obstacles that life will throw your way, and your plan will put your right motivation pieces in place.
Let’s walk through this 5 step process for re-writing and re-figuring your goals when it’s not working. As you listen in on this episode … Run through some ideas of your own goals and start to think “Hmmm, this is a goal that I have, how can I go through this process as well?”
