And that’s what we are talking about today … A fun conversation about morning routines that we are doing a little different than everything else you hear out there.

Forget the checklists from Pinterest, and these things that you are “supposed to do at 5 am”.

Your morning routine is the tool that will help you start your day with purposeful intention. Using that small win at the beginning of your day to boost your confidence. Helping to propel you to make other impactful choices for the rest of your day. As well as, a successful morning routine will put you in a good mood, set your mindset and put a smile on your face.

Today’s guest Ashely will go over how to create a customized morning routine that works for you. Even when you don’t get up at 5 am and have kids crawling all over you. Guess what?! You can still do a morning routine to work on goals and to be successful.

How can you create that moment of peace and clarity in your mind before you even start your day? Morning Routines! Routines are a form of wellness and can be a beautiful springboard for your home, yourself, and your life … at least that’s what Ashely say’s!

About Ashley:

Hi! I’m Ashley, founder and owner of Routine and Things.  At my core, I’m a southern girl who loves God, iced lattes, and the bullseye aisle at Target. I’m also a momma of 2 cuties, educator, and self proclaimed routine queen!

Routine is my favorite word and has always been at the core of who I am. Unfortunately I didn’t understand the power they possessed until a rough transition and a pile of fragile moments brought to life the amazing impact these tiny habits could have on living a peaceful life. No, it hasn’t been an easy road to get to my happy place (there’s been tears on top of tears and some days are still harder than others), but I’ve committed to doing what it takes to be my best self and live my best life.

This is where you come in. You also deserve to live a life of excitement and enthusiasm. A life that gets you out of bed in the morning without hesitation. A life oozing with peace, constant smiles, and consistent happiness!

So to make this happen, I’m sharing what I’ve learned along the way. I’m also here to give the not so pretty perspective surrounding routines a facelift. Taking them from rigid and boring to freeing and fun. Helping to redefine and reimagine routines as a vital necessity for living a joyful life. It is my absolute hope that our products help you do just that. And at the very least, make you crack a smile!
