Overwhelmed by your goals? Start to use micro-goals to gain momentum and get out of a goal slump!
Micro goals are small chunks that allow you to see quick wins and take massive action right away.
In order to make micro-goals, start with these steps:
➡️ Determine what type of goal it is (Numerical, project-based, or routine)
➡️ Break it into 15 minute or routine stacks
➡️ Create a plan to work on just ONE this week
When we try to do it all and focus on everything at the same time, we’ll struggle to get going when we get overwhelmed.
By creating micro-goals you’re allowing yourself to have a ton of success and wins on your own timeline!
