As we kick off the start of the year, I want to kick off a framework for goal setting 101!
With the new book coming out on Jan 23rd, The 15 Minutes Formula, we felt like now would be a great time to go over the basics of goal setting and the 5 “must-have” steps in order to set yourself up for success.
There are 5 pillars of goal setting, and when you complete all 5, you will have a great grasp on what is needed in order to crush your goals.
So think of one of your particular goals as you listen through this episode, and put your goal through each of these steps, one at a time.
So many people when they set their goals to go through the first couple steps naturally, then stop there. They are missing the complete picture and the last few steps making it a huge goal struggle.
