Finding Time to Read and Grow

A Purpose Driven Mom Podcast

Episode 196

How can you fit in learning and growth time as a busy mom?

➡️ You have goals you want to work on.
➡️ You want to read.
➡️ You want to learn.
➡️ You have online courses you want to get through.

All while wrangling your kids, picking up the clothes, and being on time for carpool.

We know you’ve got really great goals for yourself. You have all these things you want to accomplish, but it can feel really overwhelming, of where to start — or even where to learn! Right?!

It can feel like, what am I supposed to do?
Where am I supposed to fit it all in?

We want to talk to you about a couple of strategies, three in particular that Cara used this past year that allowed her to:

     – Take 6 courses
     – Read 52 books in a year
     – Listen to multi-podcast

Cara’s step one to learning and growth is all about the books! She uses a parallel reading strategy that allows her to read all the books she wants to read for the month at the same time. Confusing?! Listen to today’s podcast episode to hear how Cara does this as well as what her “step two” for learning and growth time as a busy mom is.
