Let’s talk about the four types of goals that we recommend you add to your plan.
We get a lot of moms who come to us and have way too many goals and they don’t know how to narrow it down. So today we are going to dive into the tips on how to do that! Starting with the different types of goals that you are working on. It will help you achieve your goals once you know what goal you are working with!
➡️ Goal number one is a numerical bull, which is a long-term goal but so easy to set up and slowly work your way through.
➡️ Goal two is what we like to call a project-based goal. These are short-term goals that you focus on to get the work done i.e. writing a book.
➡️ Goal three is a middle-of-the-road goal that is a routine or a habit-based goal … this one is vital to support your other goals.
➡️ The fourth type of goal we are going to encourage you to have is a learning goal. These are the fun goals. Create your learning goal for the month so you continue to grow as a mom!
