What To Do When You Over Plan And Struggle To Take Action

A Purpose Driven Mom Podcast

Episode 204

Let’s talk about productivity and motherhood — together.
How can we bring both of these two very different sides together to get the results we need?

➡️
What do we do when we are not motivated?
➡️ What do we do when we have no plan? Where do we start?
➡️ What do we do when our goal is massive?
➡️ What do we do when we don’t know what to do next?

Join Cara in her interview with Jesse Larson from Positivity You Podcast. Where these ladies talk about what to do when we get off track with our goals and how we stay focused on our dreams.

Shame-based productivity is when we can’t check all the boxes at the end of the day. How many times do we as busy moms end our day with more tasks on our list than when we started? Things just pop up when we have kids, and life just happens?

So how do we plan for that? Do we just accept what is, and leave our dreams on the back burner until we have an empty nest?

Cara would tell you “No!” She says that “When we marry intentionality and grace we end the day NOT throwing our hands in the air but doing our best.” In both caring for home as well as moving forward with our dreams.

Ditch the feeling of “Go!Go!Go!’ and leave the mad dash of the day to “survive” behind us … We can have a flowy routine that feels easy with room for buffer space.
We can have days without the guilt.

Ditch the “Why is not big enough.” and “Earn your shower!” Come up with one word to motivate you for the season of life that you are in — with “in progress” affirmations around the word. We are going for support vs. shame. ➡️ Listen in to hear more!
