Take the concept of the ‘Microwave Minute’ – and ask yourself, What can I do for 30 seconds? It’s just 30 seconds! The point of this question is that you are tricking your brain and getting it on board to accomplish a task that you don’t want to do. Like emptying the dishwasher.

Use the microwave minute technique to maximize your time everywhere so that you have more time to work on your goals. Do what you can, where you can, and ditch the perfectionism attitude that keeps so many of us stuck.
