Ditching Mom Guilt When It Comes To Your Goals

So I think it’s time for a little Monday motivation. We’re to talk about mom guilt. Now, if you’re listening to this, you are probably just like me and all the other moms who often feel guilty about taking time for themselves, for their goals, for their businesses, for their dreams, because of the needs that our families have.

 
I wanna start with this is normal. There’s nothing wrong with you. You are not a bad mom for feeling this way and you are not a bad mom for wanting more, no more. Doesn’t always have to mean discontent in our lives. Right. I think sometimes we feel guilty about feeling guilty. Right? We feel like we. Just be happy with what we have in our families, quote should be enough.
 
And we have a saying over in my community, stop shoulding on yourself. And whenever you hear the word it, should, I want you to ask yourself whose voice is this really? Because when you’re saying should, what you’re really doing is affirming some belief system that’s been built in your. That this is the way life is supposed to be.
