What do you do when you lose joy in your goal, and how do you make showing up AS the goal instead of completion of the goal?
When you lose the joy in your goal:
➡️ Where does the voice come from?
➡️ Whose voice is it really?
➡️ How could we create a plan that makes sense for you?
➡️ How do we get past those belief systems that have sometimes been so ingrained in us that we just think they’re our identity?
Like in today’s podcast episode with Deb. She talks about how she used to be an athlete. And now she doesn’t consider herself an athlete. We talk about how that actually plays out in the action.
How do you work on your goals and have fun again? How do you make it something you look forward to? I’m happy to report, that I just talked to Deb, and she told me she already has taken action on her goal and is finding some joy again. Which is the point.
