Today Cara is in conversation with Sarah Dolton. Sarah is the founder of Your Simply Big Life an online community that empowers women to step out of the overwhelm and take ownership of their days. Her mission is to help ambitious moms organize their time and optimize their energy so that they can go after their big goals while taking care of themselves and being present for their families.
She’s also the host of the Peace and Productivity Podcast, and the creator of the Peace and Productivity Method that helps moms gain clarity around their priorities, design intentional rhythms, stay focused, and live in alignment with their core. Our conversation today was super fun because we dove into core values, what those look like, what they actually mean, and how they can be more than just something you identify on a pretty piece of paper and put up at the beginning of the year.
Sarah also gives really practical strategies on coming up with and defining your core values, what you want it to look like in your life and what you don’t, and also how do you plan your week so that your values are at the center.
Now let’s tune into the conversation Cara had with Sarah Dalton.
