Finding Joy in All the Seasons of Life With Erica Lasan

A Purpose Driven Mom Podcast

Episode 82

If you are feeling stuck in your life, like your purpose is out of grasp, listen up! In this episode, Cara chats with Erica Lasan from Live Rich Movement about slowing down, finding joy, hearing God, and gaining your purpose.

Erica is an entrepreneur like Cara, who focuses on being her best self, finding joy, living in God’s Grace, and helping other women accomplish the same.

If you’re going through a life change and it feels overwhelming, you’re encouraged to lean in to the moment and double down and make the changes in your life that will bring you more joy. In that joy, you’ll more easily be able to be your best self, which will brighten the mood of your entire household.

While working on all this and more – make sure you take breaks for yourself. God only gives you what you can handle, so don’t be afraid to take that Sunday afternoon nap!
