When people ask me the first routine they should come up with to streamline their life, I always pick the same one.
Their evening routine.
Before a morning routine or anything else, you need to get your evenings in check! This will help set you up for the next day not feeling behind!
Your evening routine should have
1. Something to close out the day
2. Something to set up tomorrow
3. Something for you
